Client: Zeno Communications / Gousto
Brief: Deliver the UK’s first chef-less restaurant to launch the rebrand and new advertising campaign for Gousto, the fresh recipe delivery company.
Delivery: The Persuaders designed and produced the event in a warehouse venue in Shoreditch that we transformed into a cool, urban and contemporary restaurant. Guests were greeted by our hosts, taken to their tables and given a menu but when their choices were made they were given a Gousto delivery box instead of a meal and were then invited into our special kitchens to cook the meals themselves!. It was a dining experience packed full of adventure, where attendees got to unleash their creativity to enjoy a delicious dinner with a difference.
Embarking on a gastronomical world tour – from Mexico to India – guests created and enjoyed a meal full of flavour. Transforming fresh ingredients into interesting and tasty dishes, each one will leave with a host of new skills, cuisines to make and reason to enjoy family dinner times.
An immersive event from start to finish, diners were encouraged to get creative at the 'create your own' cocktail bar, with a drink perfectly paired to their culinary creation. Guests also had the opportunity to reveal their inner food stylist at the 'insta-stage’, before sitting down to enjoy their delightful dish in an exciting restaurant setting.
