To celebrate the launch of the Netflix film The White Tiger we worked with 2 South Asian artists to create their interpretations of the White Tiger Taxi’s as featured in the film.
We purchased two rather unremarkable cars that became the blank canvases for the two artists to make their creations. The incredible Chila Burman created a collage base with her signature neons on top, complete with a neon tiger striding the roof of the car.
The inspirational Ink hand-painted his car with scenes from the film whilst creating a celebratory flower-covered tiger on top of his car.
The cars will be displayed as part of a touring gallery once lockdown restrictions ease.
